Two Youtube videos/when you don't feel like exercising/How to trick yourself

 Hello and welcome!Happy Monday!

Here are two videos back to back, that I did this weekend, Saturday night and Sunday, and I was not in the mood Saturday night but go in the mindset of not wanting to do any, but I still did. I often have to trick myself.

So the first video was me comtemplating by fooling myself that I would only do 5 mins and that was it, and how I feel unmotivated to do any,

The Second video is an update to tell you if I did do some exercise in the end and I did, and I talk more about how I have tricked myself to get fit and just saying "I'll do half hour" but I end up doing an hour is a great way to get fit, and taking away the pressure and the inner voice that I would get if I didn't do any exercise.

I really hope that these videos help you and I will be posting more. If you would also like to check out my other fitness site then go to: https://carriesrealfitness.vpweb.com

Set the timer on 7 minutes to exercise

Hello! There was a time when I hatd exercise when I was at Secondary school as we had to run around the school and do the beep test and I hated it. I wanted to do whatever it took not to do these two activities as I was not that kind of girl.

Looking back I see that actually in some areas I did cause I loved playing any sport, so it was whatever made exercise not to be a chore but something to enjoy.

I now do 2-3 7 minute workouts each week and I do a mixture, but I have to make sure I get some done, set the timer on my phone to do a good workout within that time of 7 minutes and it really is a great way to make sure you get it in.

I would often on a Sunday go on a Sunday run and I loved it, I will soon be going on walks again as I like to fit this in too, but I am in the process of changing where I live and would like to have a home gym again as this can save you money and a place where you can put on some music or a TV, to get some exercise in the week completed but again, isn't hardwork but what will benefit me mentally and physically.

It can come to the weekend when I fit in some exercise but I don't worry about that I just focus on, when I get the erge to do some I get on with it and do a workout, I stop the guilt. Always listen to your body and you'll know when it wants exercise or when it doesn't.

I hope you have a good week ahead and honestlyif you haven't made any life changes at the start of the year, its never to late to make changes now.

I don't believe in quick fixes when it comes to fitness

Hello and welcome! So I remember back in the 80's when Rosemary Ford, was the woman when it came to keep in shape and dieting, and then you had the woman on TV AM, and Mr Motivator.

Now, we have many a Fitness Instructor and nutrition enthusiasts and professionials.

There was always those who would make fitness be like the mircale cure, by the "Next best thing in fitness", like I bought a ABs cycle it think it was called, and honestly I used it about 5 times and that was it.

As far as I am concern there is no quick fixes in exercise, but it doesn't have to seen like a chore, which many of us, me included at time, saw it as.

It doesn't have to be running or doing jumping jacks, even though that is a good exercise it can be whatever exercise you love doing, and now we have the joy of the internet there is so much more on offer when it comes to working out.

You don't even have to train everyday, I don't but doing 2-3 workouts a week it still survicive so just go on YOUTUBE and there are loads on there. I would never fault gyms as for me it was a great help, but as we are in Lockdown, not possible for many of us.

So have a great Sunday and see you in the next blog on this site.

I have filmed another fitness video today talking about Keeping fit at the weekends

When You Get Knocked down get up again and say "Leave me alone I'll live my life as i WISH TO"

Hello and welcome! So this evening I was building my new other fitness site, called Carries Real Fitness, and decided to do a home workout my own and I have had a bit of bother with some people trying to bully and knock me down.

I bet there are those reading this saying "Me too" so should we stop and give them the time they want? Well yeah but in a way that says "I know I am true to myself, you can stick with your judgement, but honestly your negativity drives me to succeed even more rather be where you want me to be in the gutter".

Noone has the righr to try to put someone in the gutter, who is doing good. Those who bully and are abusive do, as they are those who have a pop at someone else, because they know how to build a better life and they don't. People who are knarky and negative, will always be that way, as the get off on knocking people down. They feel justified because you do things that they would never do; only because they wouldn't know where to start.

So if you want to get fit, do for you and yes put yourself first for a change and if they don't wanna believe in you, let them think that and prove them wrong by not entertain them and keep going.

Getting fit is about looking after yourself, so do it and don't let those destroy your love for wanting to love you.

Everyone has the right to be happy so go for it and I wish you all the luck in the world.

Exercise when you have time and not when you don't

I love exercise, but without the pressure of "I got to done some" and I do exercise when I want to, not false it upon when I don't. th

It is important to be in the right mindset, but I now just do 7 minutes and for me that is enough. If I feel like I want to do more then, yeah I will, but falsing it upon me never works.

Will I show another workout? Yes I will, but I am like many, not yeah confident enough to do so, yet I know I will, and I do a cross between uising dumbbells to doing a floor workout.

If you haven't got an exercise mat, then you can use a towel, but often these will move and scrunch up, so invest in a mat, and I will do, crunches x3 sets for 12 reputitions, along with size leg raises again both legs x3 or x2 for 21 repititons, and then press ups, x3 sets 12 repititions and then I may do some back leg raises as I call them.

Here is a workout that tried out on Youtube which is called Beginners 7 minute workout, for  7 days:

Youtube is my go to platform, where I find good home workouts and have started to put some into a playlist, that I would like try.

So, what are waiting for? Just do 7 min workouts and try doing it between 2-3 times a week.

Many thanks reading,
