Walking Along The Beach Can Do Wonders

So I have been doing a squat challenge this month (August) for Cancer Research and it has been good. I have had some criticism and unwanted people trying to message me that I felt were inappropriate so decided to stop filming, but it has been good and this week, my husband, son and I went to the Isle of Wight and it was so good.

Crazy Golf from the hill we walked down to the beach

We stayed in a house near the town centre and it was just so good walking along the beach and they were long walks and my kind of holiday. Next time if available going to go back. We were in Shanklin and we walked all the way to Sandown and it was so nice. Having a coffee by the beach is just so therapeutic with walking and went into the Arcades, had fish n chips and had a cup of tea in the garden and just so good in the sunshine and the number of days we went for was 3 nights and went by car and ferry and that was nice. Didn't take long at all.

I remember going to Bournemouth when Henry was a lot younger but he kept wanting to walk in the opposite direction but being older he enjoyed it and just the sunshine, seeing people play beach volleyball, sunbathing outside beach huts and some did go into the sea, was so refreshing.

There's nothing like walking by the beach. I would love to live by the beach again, the only thing is a lot of places in the UK are seasonal, depending on where you go and in fact would love a holiday home or caravan. I love caravans, so may do that as there were holiday park near the beach, would be suitable as I since a kid and worked, love a holiday camp, I loved them and people with Campervans, cycling, running and many were walking along the beach too and enjoying the jet skies, sailing and just make the most of what beach had to offer.

You could have played crazy golf and young children rides and activities and it is sandy beach and next time we go I will venture more near the sea not to swim but to get my feet wet.

It is good to go where there are many places for refreshment and a bite to eat and there was plenty.

We managed to get onto the Ferry's early. This was to the Isle of wight back to Portsmouth and going to the Isle of wight. There was parking available but I like to walk and not be in the car all the time. We had fish n chips but it was self service which I prefer a prefer a restaurant and not be in cardboard, but mainly ate indoors.

Seeing boats far out, the edge of the Island just was luxurious and love walking by water. To me there is nothing like it.

If you know of some good places to go in terms of beaches then leave a comment below. I love recommendation.

Many thanks for reading,
